Payments is where you log real money. Mark as Paid and Skip sit on the same row, but they do very different jobs.

Mark as Paid

Use Mark as Paid after you send money to your creditor. It logs the payment, updates the balance when principal is included, and can count toward your streak.

Skip

Skip hides a due without changing the balance. Use it when a due is not relevant for this month, not as a substitute for paying.

Mark as Paid and Skip on a row

Overdue and month schedule rows show Mark as Paid on the right, with Skip beside it. Clear past-due rows first, then work the month schedule.

Payments overdue and schedule rows with Mark as Paid and Skip

Mark as Paid updates balances and streaks. Skip does not.
