Plan turns your debts into a monthly rhythm. Four words show up everywhere: Must pay, Extra, Focus, and Unspent. Learn them once and the rest of My Debt Coach stays clear.
- Must pay
- The sum of the minimum payments you typed for this month, including pay-later installments due. It is your plan floor.
- Extra
- The part of a typed minimum that is above this month's interest. Extra goes toward principal on that account.
- Focus
- Budget leftover above Must pay. It goes to the focus account chosen by your strategy.
- Unspent
- Leftover in a lighter month when obligations are below budget. Unspent is not a payment by itself.

After you save a budget, Plan breaks it into Must pay, Unspent, Focus, and Your budget. Extra shows on account rows and payment coaching when a min covers more than interest.
If budget is below Must pay, raise the budget or lower typed mins before Focus can work.
